How to Initiate a Return

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery, provided the item remains unassembled. To qualify for a full refund, ensure the goods are returned in their original packaging, unaltered, and in a resalable condition. Please note that refunds are processed only after our team inspects the returned item to confirm its condition.

If you believe the item received doesn’t match its description, please notify us promptly, and we’ll endeavor to address your concerns promptly.

All Items are subject to return delivery charge of £70.

Eligibility for Returns:

    To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. Initiate returns within 10 days of purchase.

Damaged or Stained Sofas:

In cases of damage or stains on the sofa upon inspection, we reserve the right to offer a partial refund or reject the return based on the severity of the damage. Kindly inspect your sofa upon delivery. If you observe any visible damages or stains, inform the delivery personnel and document the issue on the delivery receipt. Damaged or stained sofas should be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs via sofaselectltd@gmail.com.

Partial Refunds:

For eligible returns with damage or stains, we may issue a partial refund based on the extent of damage, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Items:

Customized or personalized sofas, as well as clearance/sale items, are non-refundable.
